Pricing

Our pricing is displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) including GST. Your country dollar conversion will occur via your bank transaction. We offer products at recommended retail pricing (RRP) and from time to time, there may be various promotions or giveaways.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or refund goods unless they are damaged or faulty when delivered. Goods damaged or faulty upon delivery must be returned within 14 days on receipt so that we are able to provide a prompt resolution. MBeaute will not refund the cost of delivery to return damaged or faulty goods. Upon receipt of the retuned defective or damaged product, we will at our expense dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery service. Please allow up to ten (10) working days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.

Upon placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your junk/spam folder or otherwise email us to confirm.

We ship overseas to various international destinations but may take 10-14 business days

Free delivery over the purchase value of $300 applies to the following destinations:

• New Zealand, Mainland China, HK SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan (Zone 1) Additional postage charges apply as follows:

1) A$39.90 to destinations including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia (Zone 2)

2) A$59.90 to destinations including US, UK, Philippines and UAE (Zone 3)

For purchases under $300 an additional charge of:

1) A$29.90 to destinations including New Zealand, Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Macau SAR and Taiwan (Zone 1)

2) A$49.90 to destinations including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia (Zone 2)

3) A$69.90 to destinations including US, UK, Philippines and UAE (Zone 3)

Delivery within Australia may take around 5-7 days subject to freight availability and or other unexpected delays.

For purchases under $100 within Australia, a local postage fee of $9.95 will apply.
