Ingredients: Each capsule contains: Vaccinium Myrtillus (Bilberry) ext. 50mg equiv. to fresh fruit 5g (5000mg) equiv. to Anthocyanosides 12.5mg d-alpha-Tocopheryl acid succinate 43mg equiv. to Vitamin E 50IU, Ascorbic acid 100mg Flora GLO 5V 50mg equiv. to Lutein 2.5mg, Betacarotene 1.5mg Zinc sulfate monohydrate 34.3mg equiv. to Zinc 12.5mg Selenomethionine 31mcg equiv. to Selenium 12.5mcg

Directions: Adults: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
